I’m Miranda Giles Stephens, a professional principal ballerina, dance school owner, and the heart behind La Petite Rosette. Ballet has been part of my life since I was three. I still treasure my very first ballet outfits — not simply for their ribbons and tulle, but for the little girl I was when I wore them, and everything she dreamed of becoming.
Teaching is where that love of ballet becomes something I can share. For me, it is about more than learning the steps: it is nurturing the courage to try, the freedom to be yourself, and the joy of discovering what you can do. That same care is at the heart of La Petite Rosette.
My love of unique fashion brings those feelings to life through soft fabrics, delicate rosebuds, and thoughtful details. I want each piece to leave room for her own little personality — whether she is taking her first ballet class or turning the living room into a stage.
As a parent, you see the magic in those small moments: the hand reaching for yours before class, the proud smile after trying something new, the twirl she asks you to watch just one more time. Childhood moves so quickly. My hope is that these pieces become part of the moments you hold close — clothes she loves today, memories you treasure long after she has outgrown them.
